When someone searches for what you do in your city, your Google Business Profile is some of the most valuable real estate on the internet. We help you make the most of it.

A note on the name

Google My Business launched in 2014 and was renamed Google Business Profile in 2021. Many owners still call it GMB. Same listing, same importance: it is what appears in the map results and on the right side of a branded search.

What we check

An audit, not a scoreboard.

1
Business name and categories — an accurate name, a primary category that matches what you actually do, and secondary categories where they apply.
2
Name, address and phone consistency — the same details everywhere you are listed, across directories and citations.
3
Photos and videos — real, recent images of the work, the team and the location.
4
Reviews and responses — real customer reviews, answered promptly. We never write or buy reviews.
5
Posts and updates — regular posts so the profile shows a business that is active.
6
Services and descriptions — each service listed with a clear, plain-language description.
7
Website and booking links — links that go to the right page and are tracked so you can see what the profile is worth.
8
Answers for Google's Ask feature — Google retired public Q&A on Business Profiles and replaced it with an AI-powered Ask button, so accurate profile details, reviews and website FAQs now feed the answers people see.
How it fits the platform

When you connect a business, the platform reads your Business Profile as part of its authority gap report, alongside your website and directory listings. Our authority agent then tracks citation and NAP consistency, and the gaps it finds become suggestions in your approval queue.

What we won't do

We don't fabricate reviews, buy reviews or ask friends to post them. Fake reviews break Google's rules and consumer-protection rules, and a suspended profile is far worse than a slow one.
